Bishop Raymond G. Hall and Dr. Arlene Hall are the founders and senior leaders of Deliverance Temple Worship Center, established in 1999. Their passion for ministry is rooted in a deep love for people, community, and spiritual growth, as they remain committed to impacting lives and drawing others closer to God.

Rev. Dr. Arlene O. Hall & Bishop Raymond G. Hall

Bishop Raymond G. Hall is an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God (COG)with international headquarters in Cleveland, Tennessee. He is a native of Jamaica with strong heritage in the COG. He sensed the call of God on his life from a young age.
